Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at KAYAK, you will ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and employee expense reimbursements while supporting process improvements in the Global AP team.

In Short

• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.
• Provide excellent, timely customer service to vendors and stakeholders.
• Review and approve expense reports against T&E policy.
• Handle accounts payable email inquiries promptly.
• Review vendor agreements for compliance.
• Prepare various Accounts Payable reports.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Supervise Accounts Payable aging reports.
• Assist with AP process improvement projects.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Finance Operations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end AP processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Solution-focused with effective prioritization skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with Docupeak and Netsuite is a plus.
