Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver on Openly’s most critical objectives as we rebuild the insurance product experience for our customers and agents.

In Short

• Lead the development and rollout of product updates in close collaboration with our Insurance Product and Technology teams.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap to drive critical business outcomes.
• Balance user needs and experience with business priorities.
• Prioritize initiatives that maximize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify operational gaps and lead improvements.
• Plan and coordinate operational activities for execution.
• Oversee change management efforts for effective adoption.
• Manage and coordinate software releases.
• Communicate functional opportunities, risks, and challenges.
• Monitor and maintain products and releases for stability.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience in the P&C insurance industry.
• Professional experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate company strategy into product vision.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Track record of meeting milestones.
• Experience driving business outcomes in cross-functional teams.
