OpenLoop is seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to support our exciting growth. This position is given the opportunity to build and continuously shape our brand's identity. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, pushing creative boundaries, and seeing their designs come to life. This invaluable team player works closely with developers, marketing, sales, product, and critical stakeholders, to elevate our brands and drive performance across all stages of the customer journey.

In Short

• Own the design and iteration of multiple websites across OpenLoop brands.
• Design high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with our conversion rate optimization team.
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure designs are accurately translated into code.
• Work with the SEO team to design with site speed and structure in mind.
• Design printed materials such as sales brochures and posters.
• Own the style of our digital ads across various channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web design experience, specifically on websites and landing pages.
• Experience designing for WordPress websites.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website engagement data.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization in high volume environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and create the path.
