As a Parent Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to OpenEd families throughout their educational journey, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.

• Provide direct support to parents via various communication channels.
• Use help ticketing systems to manage requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and document frequently asked questions.
• Advise parents on building customized education schedules.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate with team members for consistent information sharing.
• Manage the intervention process for program requirements.
• Plan community events and Q&A sessions.
• Proactively identify and resolve parent issues.
• Represent OpenEd with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, kind, and highly organized individual.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree or related advanced learning experiences.
• Familiarity with Google products.
• Access to necessary technology (smartphone, internet, etc.).
• Flexible availability during Pacific Time business hours.
• Comfortable engaging with families directly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
