Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Researcher who specializes in talent identification and engagement of most sought-after executive talent across various disciplines. You will have a close partnership with Executive Recruiters, hiring partners, coordinators and any cross-functional partners needed to succeed.

In Short

• Identify and engage top senior talent for confidential, executive roles at OpenAI
• Partner with hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of our business's current and future hiring and develop sourcing strategies to fulfill those needs
• Act as the initial touchpoint for your candidates, striving for exceptional experience and quick progress
• In partnership with your Executive Recruiting partner, act as a thought-partner and advisor to hiring teams, including sharing talent market intelligence and candidate insights
• Act as an ambassador for OpenAI when engaging with top talent

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a research or sourcing role working on executive searches at fast paced, high growth companies
• Are deeply interested in technology and artificial intelligence, and their potential for positive impact on humanity
• Are passionate about building and growing relationships
• Connect and relate to a wide range of people, personalities, and values
• Care deeply about building a diverse and inclusive recruiting pipeline and work environment
• Have a track record of balancing multiple open roles in an organized method
