• Ensures that articles/tickets are coded/cleared, checked and tagged in a timely manner to meet the deadlines.
• Conducts account checks and provides useful feedback from data handled.
• Assists the Research Team and overall Insights operations.
• Adapts to changes in responsibilities and processes with ease.
• Ensures compliance with Isentia policies and standards, and ensures compliance with all local statutory requirements.
