Requirements

• 3+ years in performance marketing or CRO role.
• Experience running A/B tests and reporting on outcomes.
• Strong follow-through and task ownership.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms.
• Clear communicator across teams.
• Creative mindset for UX improvements.
