Overview

The Senior Medical Writer at OPEN Health will support commercial teams by producing high-quality medical communication deliverables and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Write medical communication deliverables including monographs and slide decks.
• Collaborate with medical directors and clients.
• Research medical topics and produce scientifically accurate materials.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry guidelines.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Provide training and mentorship to new writers.
• Engage with key experts for content input.
• Utilize MS365 and PubMed for research and content development.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• PhD or PharmD preferred with strong scientific understanding.
• Multiple years of agency experience in medical writing.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial protocols and statistical analyses.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS365 programs.
• Team-player attitude and self-motivation.
• Confidence in client interactions.
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
