Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist at Opal will work with marketing, business development, and sales teams to optimize the demand generation engine, ensuring data synchronization and marketing attribution.

In Short

  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack including HubSpot.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to enhance CRM systems and processes.
  • Monitor inbound lead volumes and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide technical expertise for marketing campaigns.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Develop demand planning frameworks for metrics like CPL and ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution.

  • Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce.
