Field Service Engineer 3 - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our advanced metrology and inspection tools in the semiconductor industry.

In Short

• Provide professional on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of metrology equipment.
• Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
• Manage and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites as required.
• Work on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong background in semiconductor technology required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Experience with semiconductor metrology tools preferred.
• Familiarity with software tools used in semiconductor metrology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
