As a Senior Product Designer at Ontic, you will play a critical role in shaping the UX of sophisticated applications used by professionals in high-stakes, data-rich environments. This is an opportunity to design tools that power real business outcomes.

In Short

• Lead design for core parts of our B2B product suite.
• Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Mentor junior designers and foster design culture.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify workflows.
• Experience designing for SaaS power users.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Excellent storytelling and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field preferred.
