Overview

Lead and grow a high-performing team transforming McKesson Compile’s analytics-ready data into actionable insights for the biopharma industry.

In Short

• Define and execute RWDA’s strategic vision in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead pre-sales strategy, consultative selling, and sales enablement for RWD and analytics solutions.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Oversee delivery of custom analytics projects using claims, EHR, SDOH, and provider data.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and new business development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead a global team (US & India), including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Requirements

• 13+ years in healthcare/life sciences; with 6+ years in leadership roles.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data (claims, EHR, SDOH), biopharma analytics use cases, and commercialization strategies.
