Overview

The Quality Operations Supervisor is responsible for building and sustaining the operations quality management system and associated processes for a virtual wholesale distribution business, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Build and sustain the operations quality management system.
  • Create operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide training on the Quality Management System.
  • Establish audit readiness assessments.
  • Support regulatory inspections.
  • Evaluate improvement opportunities in operations.
  • Review corrective and preventative actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple complex projects.
  • Foster a culture of quality excellence.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in business or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of FDA, DEA, and State Boards of Pharmacy.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Technical writing experience, especially SOPs.
  • Experience with quality management system software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
