In Short

• Lead the administration of qualified retirement plans including 401(k) and profit-sharing programs.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA and federal/state regulations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for defined contribution retirement plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve benefits offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend enhancements for employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on plan eligibility and enrollment.
• Manage service requests related to retirement and benefits programs.
• Prepare reports and compliance documentation.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors for plan design changes.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex topics.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) is a plus.
