The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage billing, collections, and payment processing for a fast-growing HVAC company, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions.

• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable required.
• Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks.
• Must be available to work during EST business hours.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting functions.
• Experience managing invoicing and collections in a service-based business.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
