Overview

Blueprint is seeking a passionate French Speaking Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients' customers, ensuring a fast and personalized experience.

In Short

  • Deliver world-class customer service.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using computers and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of online gaming preferred.
  • Fluent in Simplified French and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform well in high-paced environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to meet client productivity standards.
