We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Korean Translator to join our team. As a translator, you will be responsible for translating written and spoken content from Korean to English and vice versa. Your translations should be accurate, culturally appropriate, and timely to ensure clear communication between our organization and Korean-speaking clients, partners, or internal teams.

In Short

Translation of various types of documents (business, legal, technical, marketing) from Korean to English and vice versa.
Provide oral translation for meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
Adapt translations to suit the cultural context of the target language.
Review translated documents for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and accuracy.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure translations meet specific requirements.
Maintain glossaries and translation memory databases for consistency.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Fluency in Korean and English with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
Proven experience in translation (2+ years preferred).
Attention to detail for error-free, high-quality translations.
Strong understanding of Korean and Western cultures.
Familiarity with translation tools and software is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
