Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist for a large DTC e-commerce brand.
• Proven track record of generating $2M–$3M+ in revenue with high ROAS.
• Ability to lead the creative process independently.
• High output capability for video and static concepts.
• Experience managing high-spend ad accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to assess ad performance.
• Fluency in English with clear communication skills.
