Senior Legal Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Legal Specialist to join our international legal team, reporting directly to the Head of SaaS Legal. This is a pivotal role focused on corporate structuring and commercial contract law, ensuring our intellectual property is bulletproof.

In Short

• Support the Head of Legal in managing a global network of legal entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of agreements.
• Act as a guardian of the company’s proprietary technology.
• Build and scale the "Legal Playbook" for internal processes.
• Conduct deep-dive research into international corporate law.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and IT teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and contracts.
• Strong drafting skills in English.
• Solid grasp of intellectual property rights.
• Master’s Degree in Law preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM or CLM tools.
