Overview

This role involves acting as the main point of contact for creators in a performance-driven digital creator agency, focusing on relationship management and onboarding.

In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming creator leads.
  • Communicate with creators via text, voice messages, and video calls.
  • Qualify, onboard, and close creators into cooperation.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • Guide creators through onboarding and first operational steps.
  • Coordinate with internal content and management teams.
  • Monitor cooperation quality during the first 30+ days.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and basic performance reporting.
  • Escalate issues and communicate directly with the founder when needed.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Spanish.
  • Fluent English (C1+).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with calls, follow-ups, and onboarding.
  • Highly organized and reliable.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working with adult content creators, including trans creators.
  • Experience with remote tools (Notion, Airtable, Telegram, WhatsApp).
