Customer Success Architect - GRC & Security - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Architect (CSA) role is a strategic advisor within our Privacy/GRC/Compliance product portfolio, helping ensure strategic success and value for OneTrust customers.

In Short

• Establish Trusted Advisor status with senior business and technology leaders.
• Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents.
• Lead strategic workshops and develop high-level solution recommendations.
• Deliver thought leadership through presentations and webinars.
• Provide strategic subject matter expertise through advisory sessions.
• Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps with business goals.
• Translate strategic needs into practical technology-driven solutions.
• Identify and analyze strategic issues and recommend actions.
• Present effectively to implementation teams and C-level executives.
• Mentor team members and customers to enhance strategic skills.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in customer-facing GRC consulting and advisory roles.
• Proven record of establishing trusted advisor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with privacy, ethics, security, compliance concepts.
• Certifications are a bonus.
