Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate and people-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for patients using our at-home sleep study, guiding them through every step and ensuring they feel supported, informed and motivated throughout the process.

In Short

Provide friendly, empathetic support to patients via phone, email or chat
Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve the company’s services and product offering
Provide administrative support related to patient outreach, documentation and follow-ups
Partner across teams to continuously improve the patient experience

Requirements

Strong communication skills

Experience in customer service or support roles
