Staff Full Stack Engineer, Lending - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer on our Lending team, you will deliver highly complex projects at scale and shape the technical direction of lending products that reach millions of customers.

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact, technically complex projects that power our lending platform at scale.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, and data-intensive services.
• Strong full-stack skills, with fluency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience designing systems with reliability, security, and performance in mind — ideally in payments, lending, or other regulated consumer finance domains.
• Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing architecture and product direction.
