Product Manager, Lending - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager on our Lending team, you will leverage your technical, design, and analytical skills to launch and enhance our flagship financing solution, empowering hundreds of millions of shoppers with flexible payment options.

In Short

• Build and own key new user experiences in the shopping and lending space.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and define requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or similar role.
• Ability to fight for the best experience for customers while understanding constraints.
• Servant leadership skills to motivate teams without direct management.
• Strong executive presentation skills for key initiatives.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
• Drive and proactivity in building and executing projects.
