Overview

The Product Manager for the Family product will help shape the financial journey of the next generation, building products that power a teen’s first paycheck, debit card, and credit score.

In Short

• Own product strategy and roadmap for teen and family banking.
• Define and deliver onboarding and growth experiences for teens and families.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and engineering for age-appropriate features.
• Drive product cross-sell opportunities for teen users.
• Expand scope into related family and banking use cases.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience with consumer-facing financial products.
• Experience building 0→1 consumer products.
• Strong consumer-first mindset and empathy for financial challenges.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Drive and proactivity in execution.
