• Develop product roadmap balancing client requirements and omnichannel commerce themes.
• Track initiatives against performance KPIs.

• Collaborate with other Product Managers for optimized customer journeys.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative performance insights to improve conversion.
• Manage key partners and drive process improvements.
• Work with Customer Success/Support for efficient initiative rollouts.
• Consult Technical Strategy/Delivery teams on future developments.
• Act as an escalation point for platform defects.
• Localize and launch new products in new markets.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in product or project management.
• SaaS or agency delivery experience.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM delivery.
• International project/product delivery experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable phases.
• Passion for emerging technologies and their business value.
• Experience leading client workshops.
• Commercial prioritization skills.
