Product Manager - Core Banking and Processing - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager on the Core Banking and Processing team at OnePay, you’ll build the financial infrastructure that powers everything at OnePay – from storing money, to moving it, to facilitating payments, to making sure every penny is accounted for. This is a critical role at the foundation of our platform and your work will directly impact our ability to scale securely and reliably.

In Short

• Define and drive the roadmap for systems related to ledgering, balance management, core processing, core banking, and money movement.
• Write clear, detailed product specs, requirements, and KPIs to guide implementation.
• Lead initiatives across ACH, wire, and card payment rails, including integrations and rule logic.
• Partner with critical vendors to jointly create and manage a roadmap to support current and future OnePay capabilities, features and products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and finance to design scalable and auditable systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Fintech or Payment domain.
• Deep understanding of money movement, ledgers, and payment networks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with transactional systems, reconciliation processes, and high-reliability product environments.
• Drive, proactivity and ownership.
