In Short

• Join the Product Design team to produce design solutions for the newly launched Marketplace experience.
• Work within a dedicated squad to deliver design solutions for your business vertical.
• Collaborate with Product & Product Design teams for future strategic initiatives.
• Optimize direct-to-consumer experiences across all business verticals.
• Educate the organization on D2C mindset and design great user experiences.
• Conduct user tests to validate concepts.
• Run workshops to ideate on problems with stakeholders.
• Participate in ceremonies, workshops, and design critiques.

Requirements

• 7+ years design experience, including in Direct-to-Consumer environments.
• Thorough understanding of industry-standard design processes.
• Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centric problems.
• Balance business needs with user-centric solutions.
• High standard for visual design and effective user journeys.
• Experience designing accessible products.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Extensive experience with industry-standard design tools.
• Experience in creating multi-platform solutions.
• Ambition to learn from peers and share expertise.
