Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) ensures clients' successful onboarding, integration, and support using Onebeat’s inventory optimization solution. This hands-on, technical role bridges client engagement with data and system expertise, requiring coding proficiency and strong communication skills.

In Short

  • Partner with clients to define and document their data integration needs.
  • Educate clients on data requirements, formats, and best practices.
  • Support clients in extracting and validating data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of initial data sets, addressing discrepancies proactively.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries and API requests, and configure internal tools.
  • Design scripts and workflows to automate routine data extraction processes.
  • Provide technical insights during pre-sales to demonstrate solution alignment.
  • Deliver ongoing support to ensure successful solution implementation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical roles like TAM, Data Analyst, or Developer.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python/Ruby), and data processing.
  • Experience with APIs, ERP, and BI applications.
  • Familiarity with YAML, JSON, ERPs, databases, and ETL data pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
