Account Manager - University of Southern California Athletics - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager will oversee the management and execution of collegiate team and administrative travel for the University of Southern California's athletic department, representing Anthony Travel, a division of On Location.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of athletic team travel including group air, hotel, and charter bus.
• Arrange individual athletic travel including GDS air, hotel, and car bookings.
• Provide emergency and after-hours service to the athletics department.
• Obtain travel approvals and provide trip planners.
• Meet ticketing deadlines and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of Sabre or similar GDS is preferred.
• Experience in athletics and/or athletics travel is a plus.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in travel management and booking.
• Familiarity with group booking and individual travel arrangements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and provide after-hours support.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
