Overview

As a Paid Search Account Director at OMD EMEA, you will lead campaign strategy and execution across various Paid Search platforms, managing both branding and direct response campaigns.

In Short

  • Lead strategy and execution of Paid Search campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Naver.
  • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, audience segmentation, and reporting.
  • Direct keyword and audience research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
  • Ensure cross-channel integration with planning teams.
  • Guide the team in best practices and leveraging platform opportunities.
  • Liaise with platform partners on innovation and measurement.
  • Provide thought leadership and performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Use bid management tools to optimize performance.
  • Experience with measurement tools is a bonus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search).
  • Hands-on experience with third-party bidding tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Advanced understanding of e-commerce and branding strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel and performance reporting.
  • Ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
