Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, data driven problem solver to join our growing Paid Search team. You would be responsible for owning, implementing and managing complex paid search accounts across multiple service lines for our healthcare clients while contributing to the growth and offering of our Paid Search team.

  • 8+ years of experience in paid search marketing.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
  • Provide regular performance insights to clients.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior staff.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of paid search platforms.
  • Utilize advanced bidding strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in paid search marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Platform certification in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
