Overview

The Paid Search Director at Code3 is responsible for managing a team and elevating the department's search strategy, activation, and thought-leadership against a portfolio of clients. This role requires a combination of functional management and transformational leadership.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in paid search media plans.
  • Experience in client and executive relationship management.
  • Advanced business acumen and understanding of financial models.
  • Ability to manage a team in strategy and client management.
  • Proficiency in research platforms and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent presentation abilities at a senior level.
  • Experience in growing revenue through strong relationships.
  • Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
