  • Build and foster collaborative and trusted relationships with clients.
  • Interpret client needs and translate feedback into actionable steps.
  • Understand client business KPIs and measure success.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Evaluate client briefs and communicate challenges.
  • Translate media plan recommendations to clients.
  • Point of escalation for internal team challenges.
  • Identify client needs for up-sells and contract renewals.
  • Manage agency financials and budget allocation.
  • Lead client meetings and daily communications.

Requirements

  • 4+ years account management experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience with large datasets and quantitative analysis.
  • Superior Excel skills, especially with pivot tables.
