Overview

Join Omnia as a Co-Founder & CTO to build the AI platform that will redefine enterprise human capital. We are an early-stage startup seeking a visionary leader (ETH/EPFL preferred) to architect our system and culture from scratch in return for significant founding equity.

In Short

• Define and own the end-to-end AI strategic vision and technical roadmap.
• Drive innovation through continuous R&D into emerging technologies.
• Lead and mentor the engineering and AI/ML organization.
• Design and refine cloud-native technical architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Implement DevOps excellence with automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide the lifecycle of model development in AI/ML engineering.
• Establish frameworks for evaluating AI model performance.
• Define data compliance and governance frameworks.
• Embed security principles across the platform.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to AI usage and system performance.

Requirements

• Success in defining AI/ML strategy and architecting cloud-native systems.
• Track record of translating business goals into software architecture.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Expertise in relevant tech stacks for AI-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI governance and performance evaluation.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile startup environments.
• Strategic mindset balancing technical debt and innovation.
• Understanding of Ethical AI principles and compliance requirements.
