Overview

FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CTO for a B2B WealthTech advisor AI copilot. The new venture is revolutionizing how financial advisors process information to deliver proactive, personalized guidance at scale. Targeting small to mid-sized wealth management firms, our solution enables advisors to deliver better client experiences, boost retention, and accelerate AUM.

In Short

• Own the technical vision and lead product architecture and AI strategy.
• Build the product and work with the product/engineering pod to launch V1.
• Run pilots and land lighthouse customers.
• Ensure compliance and security in technical design.
• Scale the tech stack for multi-tenant deployment.
• Support the seed round with a strong product narrative.
• Hire and lead the engineering team as the company grows.
• Collaborate with a proven studio team.
• Enter a venture with validated problem and early market pull.
• Engage daily with the team to launch the initial product.

Requirements

• Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found a new venture.
• Familiarity with the scrappiness of owning something from start to finish.
• Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture.
• Hands-on experience with AI execution and commercialization.
• Technical leadership experience with scaling engineering teams.
• Proven ability to engage customers and drive product adoption.
• Fluency in fundraising and crafting investor narratives.
• Ability to attract top talent and foster company culture.
• Bonus: Exposure to WealthTech and network in fintech.
