Overview

Join Omnia as a founding CTO and build the AI platform that will redefine enterprise human capital. We need a visionary leader (ETH/EPFL preferred) to architect our system and culture from scratch, in return for significant founding equity.

In Short

• Define the AI roadmap and overall system architecture.
• Lead R&D on emerging technologies.
• Guide engineering and AI/ML teams in building and deploying models.
• Implement best practices in MLOps and CI/CD.
• Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• Proven track record in architecting AI-driven products in a cloud-native environment.
• Deep expertise in the ML lifecycle and MLOps.
• Strategic leadership experience and ability to mentor engineers.
• Firm grasp of data governance and compliance standards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build impactful solutions.
