Senior Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

As the first full-time accounting hire at Omni, you will partner with the VP of Finance to build a robust accounting stack, designing policies, processes, and systems for the company's growth through Series C.

In Short

• Own accounts payable, cards, and reimbursements.
• Manage timely invoicing and collections under ASC 606.
• Ensure a 5-day close with accurate accruals and reconciliations.
• Partner with RevOps on commissions and manage payroll.
• Handle income tax, sales tax, and R&D credit filings.
• Balance multi-entity ledgers and manage currency translation.
• Streamline finance workflows using Omni and other tools.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of progressive GL/revenue accounting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience with ASC 606 policies and commission accounting.
• Ability to run multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
• Familiarity with modern FinOps stacks like Rillet, Rippling, Ramp.
• A builder mindset with a passion for automation and data.
• SQL or BI skills are a plus.
