Overview

The alternative delivery leader role is responsible for strategy in creating the framework for successful execution of alternative delivery projects, providing input on pursuit strategy, overseeing alternative delivery technical expertise, quality, and risk mitigation measures across the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 12 years’ experience in consulting or construction.
• Experience leading alternative delivery projects.
• Certified Design-Build Professional preferred.
• Familiarity with the firm’s services and policies.
• Strong understanding of engineering business consulting.
• Specialized knowledge of alternative delivery methods.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving history.
• Willingness to work flexibly and travel frequently.
