In Short

• Responsible for overall IT service delivery in the region.
• Coordinate asset management and procurement.
• Provide 1st line systems support for users.
• Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 and other cloud-based systems.
• Assist and manage new joiners' IT setups.
• Ensure excellent customer service and regional IT operations.
• Support Mac OSX and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain logs on servers, desktops, and laptops.
• Utilize remote management tools.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in IT.
• Experience in IT Systems Administration in mid-to-large enterprises preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with office tools like Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
• Understanding of advertising production applications like Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Qualifications: A+, N+, MCSE, LVL 3 Tech, or Diploma in IT.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Good at building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Must be resourceful and a keen trouble-shooter.
