Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT.
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS.
• Good knowledge of MDM tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and Linux.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of networking.
• Basic knowledge of Docker.
• Experience with ITIL ticket systems.
• Support for web-based applications.
• Experience in IT support roles.
