Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Art Director who will leverage advanced AI tools to create high-quality advertisements for various clients while leading a creative team.

In Short

• Lead a team of creatives for both copy and design.
• Art direct and produce innovative work across platforms.
• Demonstrate GenAI capabilities in the creative process.
• Accountable for the full creative process from concept to execution.
• Prepare finished artwork files that comply with specifications.

• Collaborate with teams to explore and implement new GenAI techniques.
• Work with Product & Engineering teams to test new features.

Requirements

• Strong ideation and concepting skills.
• Experience in art direction and motion graphics.
• Understanding of the digital landscape and social assets development.
• Excellent Adobe CS skills, particularly in After Effects.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent project management and client interaction skills.
• Passionate about AI and new technologies.
• Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
