Retail Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for second level resolution of policies and procedures, monitoring and advising regarding compliance and consistency for all Retail account opening/closing/maintenance/teller processes and procedures, and software application problem resolution (Jack Henry/Encore), and new product testing.

In Short

• Serves as subject matter expert for Retail Banking-related inquiries.
• Advises Retail staff on Jack Henry/Encore software usage.
• Identifies and addresses competency gaps in Retail Banking.
• Creates procedures for new retail products and ensures compliance.
• Enforces operational policies and procedures.
• Generates reports and maintains files using relevant software.
• Assists with audits in designated regions.
• Maintains training materials for the Retail division.

Requirements

• High school diploma and two or more years of Retail Banking experience.
• Understanding of Retail operations issues including compliance and fraud.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to address operational issues affecting the bottom line.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
