Head of Compliance, Argentina - Remote

Overview

As the Primary Compliance Officer for OKX Argentina, you will lead compliance efforts, engage with regulators, and develop robust compliance policies in the fast-paced crypto industry.

• Act as the Primary Compliance Officer for OKX Argentina.
• Serve on the Board of OKX Argentina.
• Represent Compliance program to regulators and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic direction and training for Compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and frameworks.
• Engage cross-functionally to implement compliance management.
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee compliance reviews and investigations.
• Prepare Compliance reports for management and the board.
• Support OKX’s exchange in El Salvador.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compliance within financial services or crypto.
• CAMS, ICA, FIBA or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of Argentinian laws and requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, working knowledge of Spanish.
