Enterprise Risk Analytics & Platform Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join as the Enterprise Risk Analytics & Platform Manager as part of the Enterprise Risk Team, responsible for managing and optimizing risk management systems and delivering data-driven insights.

In Short

• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports that provide insights to inform risk management decisions.
• Analyze risk data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging risks.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Rationalize and streamline risks, controls, and processes.
• Collaborate with business units to validate assessments of inherent risks.
• Support the identification and evaluation of emerging risks.
• Partner with risk owners and business units to support risk management activities.
• Provide training and guidance on risk systems and data analytics best practices.
• Manage and optimize risk management systems to support ERM processes.
• Oversee system updates and improvements to enhance performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance or audit function.
• Experience with GRC systems on a global scale, ideally with Workiva.
• Proven experience in project and program management.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in the digital asset space is a plus.
