Overview

OI Infusion is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to oversee setup functions and billing operations. This leader will manage a team of billers and a setup specialist, ensuring clean claims, accurate EMR maintenance, and seamless site implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Strong knowledge of billing and coding processes.
• Experience with EMR/practice management systems.
• Familiarity with EDI and clearinghouse platforms.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
