Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, ideally in Customer Experience.
• Experience in building client trust and translating needs into solutions.
• Strong analytical skills managing CX/VOC initiatives.
• Prior experience with large organizations.
• Familiarity with CX platforms and analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Traditional market research experience is beneficial.
