Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience reading system tags and job-site photos.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and steer contractors.
• Clear and confident verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to trade fieldwork for remote employment.
• Fast learning curve with new software.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple work orders.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
