Overview

The Student Success Care Services (SSCS) Support is dedicated to addressing general and non-technical inquiries through support email, with responsibilities that may evolve as business needs develop.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to Learners and prospective Learners.
  • Proactively address Learner concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Direct Learners to appropriate company resources.
  • Assist with the general orientation of new Learners.
  • Review and evaluate Learner data to identify at-risk Learners.
  • Encourage Learners to build accountability for their decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of Learner interactions.
  • Process and manage Learner information update requests.
  • Handle scheduling exams and providing exam-related information.
  • Provide top-notch support to premium customers.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a remote setting.
  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts and troubleshooting.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service Industry.
  • Prior experience working remotely.
  • Experience with customer service ticket systems.
