• Seeking a Patient Care Support Services Assistant.
• Position requires strong phone, written, and oral communication skills.
• Must maintain patient records and support clinical operations.
• Work remotely on Saturdays and Sundays, onsite on Mondays.
• Daily audit of patient charts and reports.
• Facilitate outgoing mail and manage interoffice communications.
• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of clerical/administrative experience in healthcare preferred.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
• Pay range is $21.00 - $28.00 hourly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year experience in clerical/administrative tasks in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
